NOTRE DAME — Marshall Thundering Herd will be traveling to Notre Dame, Indiana to get destroyed by one of the most prolific ball clubs in the history of the sport.
Coach Huff told Ramp reporters at a press conference, “You win some, you lose some. And you gotta believe in your team… in most cases. In some, fringe cases, you just gotta show up, lay down, and try not to sustain any career-ending injuries. We’re gonna get slaughter-fucked out there. These boys are just excited to see the stadium and tour the campus. 48-13 is my prediction.”
#8 Notre Dame is taking the week off to relax and focus on their studies. Head Coach Marcus Freeman said, “We’re just chillin’ right now. We’ve been calling this our ‘Bye Week’, and it always gets a chuckle from the staff, but the athletes are getting tired of it-- rolling their eyes. Honestly, it just makes me wanna say it more!” He cry-laughed like the emoji.
Thundering Herd fans are notorious for believing in their team’s ability to win games against much bigger, better, and stronger teams. Coach Huff told Herd fans, “Keep doing what you’re doing. I know my logical reasoning and rationale will not sway your delusions. But I’m just saying… lower your expectations because we’re already focusing on Week 3 at Bowling Green.”
